The UltraGold E20-18 commercial electric deep fryer is a great low-cost option if you need a mid-size fryer. With an oil capacity of 110 pounds, this fryer can keep up with even the busiest of operations. Electric operation makes installation and operation a breeze.

This fryer comes standard with thermostat controls. However, you have the option to upgrade to computer controls. With UltraStat 23, you can also choose our UltraGuard melt cycle with vat protection. 

The UltraGold E20-18 commercial electric deep fryer is perfect for bone-in chicken, wings, and much more.
